From Val: memories of my lovely sister-in-law.

I first met my lovely sister-in-law, Cynthia, when I was in my teens.  I remember when we were single going to these mad parties nearly every week, and having great sing-songs. They were such good good times.
I remember how besotted she was with my brother Dougie.  And when the two of us went on a holiday together, she was so down in the dumps 'til Dougie turned up, and then it was all smiles.
I remember the day Jamie was born…he was so tiny, and she was so happy.  I remember when we had our girls, and we were always swapping clothes back and forth.
I remember when she used to hold my hand when flying to Portugal because I was petrified; but once there it was brilliant - we had such a great time.
My fondest memories were of our years in Biggin Hill, and our very special fun-packed Christmases together. She spent so much time helping at the Hospice Shop in Biggin Hill, and will never be forgotten for that.
She will always be to me the most amazing lady, and so thoughtful and kind, and always there for you.  She was just the perfect sister-in-law, and I shall always feel so grateful and honoured to have had her in my life for so many years.  I will miss her so much.
